Quality GuaranteeWe thoroughly inspect and stand by the products we sell. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item with any problems. We are a very understanding company and our customer's satisfaction always come first. All our transfers are made with a unique 4 stage process that we have worked with for several years. The designs should maintain on your material with minimal fading and peeling. If for any reason your design fades within the first several washes or 90 days, and you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it for an exchange. If any defects have occurred during normal wear and tear over the next 30 days, contact us for a return. We will inspect the item, then repair, exchange or refund the cost of the item, plus any shipping costs. If any clothing tagged "pre-shrunk" shrinks after the first wash, please return it for inspection and we can exchange the item or refund the cost of the item and shipping. If it's your first time ordering our product line, please refer to our Product Information page choosing a size. This can help save you money and we want to avoid returns for sizing problems. Return PolicyYou are responsible for shipping costs with a size exchange or refund, unless it falls under our quality guarantee. All our products are made to order and require a $3 per item restocking
fee on all returns. Custom designed transfers and products are non-refundable, unless
the design is incorrect based on the correct information provided
